The Boston Athletic Association manages this American classic, which is sponsored by John Hancock Financial Services. Since 2016, The Sports Museum has been fortunate enough to join one of the world’s most prestigious road racing events, The Boston Marathon.

This year, our philanthropic efforts will again be dedicated to our award-winning educational program that leverages the power and example of Boston sports to help stop bullying in our schools and in our community, Boston vs. Bullies. We are thankful to the The Sports Museum 2022 Marathon Team for fundraising and running for us.

In 2016, The Sports Museum was fortunate enough to join one of the world’s most prestigious road racing events, The Boston Marathon, for the first time in our history.

We are thankful to continue this program for The Sports Museum 2022 Marathon Team. This year, our philanthropic efforts will again be dedicated to our award-winning educational program that leverages the power and example of Boston sports to help stop bullying in our schools and in our community, Boston vs. Bullies.

The Sports Museum helps raise money for Boston vs. Bullies. Boston vs. Bullies is an award-winning educational program from The Sports Museum that leverages the power and example of Boston sports to help stop bullying in our schools and in our community. Thanks to funding from New Balance, The TJX Foundation, and others, we are able to bring Boston vs. Bullies to schools and afterschool programs free of charge. To date, more than 160,000 upper elementary and middle school students have experienced this award-winning program.
